This is a replacement set of filters and separators for the 4 Stage Catch Can, also included are 3 O-Rings.  It is Not for the actual 4 Stage Catch Can.  You can see the 4 Stage Catch-Can at this LINK. 

Sometimes the kits have two thinner pieces of low density foam (as pictured above) other times it is a single thicker piece of low density foam.  Both versions function equally well.
