Find that gripping the bike with my legs really helps improve my posture but takes a bit of effort trying to grip a slippery surface. These grip pads do the trick. Long rides are incredibly more comfortable. Easy to install (preheated pads with a heat gun before installing) and they look good. Possibly one of the most functional accessories I've purchased for a bike so far.
