Great quality. Was easy to install on my 2013 Suzuki V-Strom 650 with just a couple basic tools. Looks good. Perfect fit! It is held on by 1 bolt (provided) which goes in place of a factory bolt at the bottom, and the top is held on nicely with 2 nylon zip-ties (provided), which seem to hold it quite solidly in just the right place. Don't forget to trim off the excess zip-tie end!

I am sure it will do the job but so would any wire mesh ie office supply trays. Held on by tie wraps. At least the use one bolt so should the tie wrap break it shouldn't fall off.
