Go Cruise Lock installs on your throttle grip in a few seconds, no tools needed. When you're at your desired speed, push the Go Cruise down with your index finger until it rests on your brake lever. To adjust the tension the Go Cruise Lock has on your grip, simply turn the adjustment dial clockwise to tighten and counter-clockwise to loosen! To reduce speed, simply roll the throttle off manually to override the Go Cruise.

Too Short
I have used the original on older motorcycles and really liked them. I picked this up to use on WR250R. Unfortunately i find it too short to reach my front brake lever. I have after market levers so maybe with a different lever it would work.
